Biggie x Tupac Murder Investigation Re-Opened

CNN reported there is a new task force assigned to solving the mystery to the deaths of Tupac and Biggie recently, two of Hip-Hop's all time greatest. The new idea floating around out there, formulated by a former LAPD officer who worked the case, is that Suge Knight (Death Row Records CEO, and Tupac's Boss) was behind not only Biggie's death, but his own artist, Tupac's as well. Why are these murders still a mystery? It seems that even when your famous, being black and a rapper still doesn't qualify you to be a law enforcement priority.
