Did 50 Cent really loose 60 pounds? Hoax or reality? Reports are that his new role in Things Fall Apart required him to cut the gangster muscle down 60 pounds, where he was on a liquid diet and did 3-hour treadmill work outs a day for nine weeks. Apparently he is playing a football player who get cancer in the upcoming film. But honestly why are these pictures so awkward and creepy, he knew they were going public, I thought 50 was smarter than that.
